Returns and Exchange

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order to notify us if you are returning or exchanging an item. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info.myprettystrap@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Due to packaging, transportation, and staff costs, exchanges incur $12.5.

Damaged and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The availability of free things such as a DIY resizing tool to shorten your watch strap or Gift Box / Travel case are subject to change. Some orders may not contain the tool if it is out of stock, as this may cause the order to be delayed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Package re-delivery or returned to our warehouse
It shall be considered at your responsibility to add the correct address details. If the package is not delivered due to incorrect address, it can be re-delivered for $12.5 as this is the fee that we have to pay.

If the package is returned to our warehouse, we can re-send the package for $12.5. If you no longer want to receive the package, a $15 fee will be deducted from the total refund.
